Terms of Use

Read section 3 before anything else. Super AI is a self-custody wallet. Your recovery phrase never reaches us, and if you lose it, nobody can give you back access to your funds — not us, not anyone.
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Guan Way Limited. By installing or using Super AI, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Super AI.
1. Who we are
Super AI is operated by Guan Way Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong on 27 April 2015 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), company number 2230082, with its address at Room 803, Chevalier House, 45-51 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using Super AI.
2. What Super AI is — and what it is not
Super AI is a non-custodial (self-custody) crypto wallet, built to be simple to use. It is software that lives on your own device and lets you create a wallet, hold your keys, see what you own and sign your own transactions on the supported blockchain networks.
Super AI brings Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana and Tron together on one screen. It installs in a few minutes, with no account to create, no sign-up, no paperwork and no technical knowledge. It is made for people who want to manage their own crypto, without an intermediary and without jargon.
Its artificial intelligence reads every token you hold on those networks and produces a full analysis in seconds — what the token is, its liquidity, its history, its risk signals. That is research work that would take a specialist days. This analysis is information, never investment advice (see section 8).
Super AI is not a bank: we take no deposits. Super AI is not a broker or an adviser: we manage nothing for you. Super AI is not an exchange: we hold no customer account and no balance.
We never hold your funds, at any moment. They stay on the blockchain, under the sole control of your keys. We cannot move, block, freeze or recover what belongs to you.
3. Your keys and your recovery phrase
When you create a wallet, Super AI generates a recovery phrase on your device, and the private keys derived from it.
That phrase is never transmitted to us. It does not leave your device. We do not see it, we do not store it, and we keep no copy of it anywhere.
This has a consequence you must understand before going any further:
- If you lose your recovery phrase, nobody can give you back access to your funds. Not us, not anyone. They are gone.
- If someone obtains your phrase, they have your funds. Immediately and permanently.
You alone are responsible for keeping it, offline, in a safe place, and for never sharing it.
We will never ask you for your recovery phrase or your private keys. Never, by any means: not by email, not by message, not by phone, not on a website, and not through anyone presenting themselves as our support. Any such request is an attempt to steal from you.
4. Who may use Super AI
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not be subject to international sanctions, use Super AI from a country where it is prohibited, or use it for any unlawful activity.
5. Networks and fees
Super AI runs on public blockchain networks that we neither control nor operate. Their availability, their speed and their rules do not depend on us.
Every transaction on those networks costs a network fee, paid to the networks themselves. Those fees do not come to us.
If an integrated service applies a commission, it is shown on screen before you sign. You never pay anything you have not seen.
6. A signed transaction is final
A transaction sent to a blockchain cannot be cancelled, recalled or refunded — not by us, not by anyone. A wrong destination address, the wrong network, a wrong amount: the funds are lost. Check before you sign.
7. Third-party services
Super AI may give you access to services we do not operate: price providers, swap services, decentralised applications. We do not control them and we are not answerable for what they do. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
8. The Super AI analysis is information, not advice
Super AI reads the tokens you hold and presents an analysis of them. That analysis is produced automatically from public data. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
It is in no way investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a valuation of an asset. The decisions you make are your own.
9. Risks
You acknowledge that:
- crypto-assets are volatile and can lose all of their value;
- software can contain defects, including ours;
- fraudulent tokens can appear in a wallet without you doing anything, and try to trap you;
- malicious third parties constantly try to obtain recovery phrases by deception;
- the legal framework for crypto-assets changes, and can change fast.
10. Intellectual property
The name "Super AI", the Super AI logo, this website and the application belong to us. The "Super AI" mark is registered in Hong Kong under number 305928391. You may not reproduce, imitate or use them without our written consent.
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive and revocable right to use Super AI for your own use.
11. What you agree not to do
Not to use Super AI for any unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud or the financing of prohibited activities; not to attempt to break into it, reverse-engineer it or circumvent its protections; not to use it to deceive other people; not to pass yourself off as us.
12. No warranty
Super AI is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run without interruption or without error, or that the information shown will be accurate at every moment.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not answerable for the loss of your crypto-assets, the loss of your recovery phrase, a transaction you signed, the behaviour of a blockchain network or a third-party service, or a gain you hoped for.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) of Hong Kong, any other exclusion applies only so far as it is reasonable. And if a mandatory law of your own country gives you rights this section cannot set aside — as consumer law does in the European Union — those rights remain yours.
14. Ending your use
You may stop using Super AI at any time by uninstalling the application. Because your keys are yours, your funds stay reachable with your recovery phrase in any other compatible wallet. We do not lock you in.
15. Changes
We may change these Terms. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use Super AI after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
